We build the boring half.
Every business needs the same ten systems, and almost nobody enjoys building them. Dapit builds that half properly, once, and lets partners put their name on it.
What we are
Dapit is a device-native financial operating system. It began as merchant and ISO infrastructure, and grew into the full set of systems a small business actually runs on: the point of sale, the payments, the stock, the customers, the invoices, the sales tax, the credit and the books.
The products carry the "-Fi" suffix and share one codebase, one schema and one ledger. That is not a branding exercise. It is the reason a sale can simultaneously move stock, cost the job, accrue the tax and post to the books without anything being exported, imported or reconciled at month end.
How we sell
Most of our volume arrives through partners: ISOs and agent offices with a merchant book, software vendors with a vertical product, device makers with hardware in the field, and networks with members who trust them. The relationship stays with the partner. The infrastructure, and the residual accounting that pays everyone, is ours.
How we treat AI
AI runs across underwriting, document extraction, classification, accounting reconciliation and tax research. In every case the output lands in a review queue and never drives a live figure until a person promotes it. That rule has held since the first day we shipped AI, and we would rather lose a demo than relax it.
