This notice covers information collected through this website and through the Dapit platform where Dapit acts as the controller. Where a partner operates a white-labelled tenant, that partner may be the controller for their merchants’ information and their own notice will apply.
What is collected
Contact details you submit, information required to verify a business and the people behind it, transaction and account records created through use of the platform, and technical information such as device and log data.
Why it is collected
To provide the services, to meet legal obligations including anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer requirements, to prevent fraud, and to communicate with you about the services you have asked about.
Sharing
With banking, processing and verification providers as necessary to deliver the service, with partners where you are their customer, and where required by law.
Retention
Records connected to financial services and compliance obligations are retained for the periods those obligations require, which are typically longer than the life of the account.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion and portability, and the right to object to certain processing. Requests can be made through the contact form.
